Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders to suppliers and billing to customers
- Uploading orders to suppliers’ portal
- Assisting to check and track orders and shipping status
- Import/Export shipping coordination
- Update and manage site content on e-commerce platforms
- Ensure that products, promotions, and content on the e-Commerce platforms are up-to-date and accurate at all times
- Handle customers’ inquiries/complaints timely and professional, ensuring that every issue is followed-up and completed
- Coordinate e-Commerce activities to drive brand and product awareness
- Contributes to the growth of the e-commerce business
- Manage online order fulfillment
- Work closely with the team on campaigns and other marketing support matters
- Support operational tasks during online shopping campaigns such as 11.11, 12.12, and daily campaigns
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or relevant field
- Social media savvy
- Creative thinking in digital marketing ideas
- Competency in design, Microsoft Office, and email marketing tools a plus
- Positive working attitude
- Meticulous
- Ability to work independently and also team oriented
